New home for girl who cares for her brother — part 2
You helped provide the 1,846th home for a mother raising a son with autism and her 9-year-old daughter.
For years, the family lived in a frightening basement. While their mother faced many challenges, the little girl cared for her older brother by feeding him and taking him outside. Despite her young age, she had to take on a responsibility no child should have to bear.
Thanks to the “50 Homes in the Capital” project, launched to mark the 9th anniversary of the Khareket Foundation, the family finally has a home of their own!
We sincerely thank everyone who helped make this dream come true. Let’s join hands and help another family find a home!
